Chief OS ("Chief OS", "the Service", "we") is operated by Valerie Stramwasser ("the Controller"). This Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Questions? Email us at info@vscalemethod.com.

1. Who is responsible

The controller of your data is Valerie Stramwasser. Contact: info@vscalemethod.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: your name and email when you sign in with Google or Microsoft.
  • Google data: with your authorization, we access your Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive so the Service can read and organize your information (emails, events, files).
  • Microsoft data: with your authorization, we access Outlook and your calendar.
  • Connected tools data: for example Strety (rocks, scorecard, meetings).
  • Your conversation content with the assistant and the memory you choose to save.
  • Basic technical usage data to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the Service: run the assistant, generate your daily digest ("Mi Día"), perform actions you approve (send emails, create events), and keep your integrations connected. We do not sell your data.

4. Use of Google data (Limited Use)

Chief OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We do not use Gmail, Calendar, or Drive data for advertising.
  • We do not transfer that data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the Service with your consent, for security reasons, or when required by law.
  • We do not allow humans to read your Google data, except with your explicit consent, for security (e.g., investigating abuse), to comply with the law, or for aggregated and anonymized data.
  • We only use that data for the Service features you enable.

5. Subprocessors

To operate the Service we rely on providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI models that process your requests), and Stripe (payments). Each processes your data only to provide its function.

6. Security

Access tokens for your integrations are stored encrypted at rest. We apply access controls and best practices to protect your information, though no system is 100% secure.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You can disconnect any integration at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and data by emailing info@vscalemethod.com.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and revoke integration permissions at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@vscalemethod.com.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy. We will post the current version on this page with its update date.

10. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the United States of America.
