Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Chief OS ("the Service"), operated by Valerie Stramwasser. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Chief OS is an AI assistant for leadership teams that connects to your tools (Google, Microsoft, Strety, and others) to help you run your company: summarize information, prepare meetings, follow up on priorities, and perform actions you approve.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and have the necessary authorization to connect the accounts and integrations you link.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Third-party integrations

The Service connects to third-party tools (Google, Microsoft, Strety, etc.). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

5. Credits and payments

The Service runs on prepaid credits: you buy a credit pack, credits are consumed as you use the assistant, and you top up when they run out. Pricing and consumption are shown in the app. Payments are processed through Stripe. Unless required by law, credits are non-refundable once consumed.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. AI can make mistakes; review outputs before acting on them, especially for actions that send emails, create events, or modify your data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your integrations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the current version on this page with its update date.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
